Abstract

CMR images of male patient, 66 years of age, that confirms the existence of generalized vascular amyloidosis medullogram and atrophy of the gastric mucosa by severe amyloid deposition in the lamina propria of the gastric antrum Presented by biopsy gastric. In echocardiography morphological and functional pattern appears consistent with restrictive cardiomyopathy infiltrative disease likely. The RMC best defines the myocardial wall thickening due to its high spatial resolution and tissue characterization with late gadolinium enhancement diffuse pattern appears as mottled patches, which together with previous findings, confirming the infiltration of heart disease, major prognosis and conduct to follow.
