Variabilidad del patrón electrocardiográfico en un paciente con SÃndrome de Brugada
Resumen
Se trata de paciente masculino de 21 años, que inicialmente presentó cifras elevadas de tensión arterial, se realizó un ecocardiograma, una prueba de esfuerzo y electrocardiogramas, que fueron normales. Posteriormente presentó dos cuadros de pérdida súbita de la conciencia de corta duración y recuperación espontánea, para lo cual acude a Emergencias y en electrocardiogramas seriados se constata patrón tipo1 de SÃndrome de Brugada.
