Resumen

Los trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo (THE) afectan entre el 5 % y el 10 % de todas las gestaciones y representan uno de los principales desafíos en salud materno-fetal. Son responsables de una elevada carga de morbilidad y mortalidad tanto para la madre como para el feto. 1 En este contexto, el tratamiento antihipertensivo adecuado es esencial para prevenir complicaciones graves como la eclampsia, insuficiencia cardiaca, desprendimiento prematuro de placenta y el parto pretérmino
